Construction Project Reconnaissance & Design Quality Supervision General Station of Beijing Municipality (Reconnaissance and Design Administration Division of Beijing Municipality)
It is an institution directly under BMCUP. Major responsibilities are to examine the qualification of the reconnaissance and design units in Beijing in a centralized way, and issue a certificate of design; formulate the professional administration rules of reconnaissance and design units, and draft related technical and economic policies; examine and supervise the design quality of reconnaissance and design units, organize activities of creating and appraising excellent designs; organize the technical development and exchange activities of reconnaissance and design units to accelerate professional technical progress; and be in charge of city surveying and mapping administration entrusted by BMCUP.
