Ms. Huang Yan is in charge of organizing the formulation, adjustment and report of the detailed planning and special project planning, carries on special assignments such as Olympic projects etc. She participates in the work of the Project Division of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games Organizing Committee and the Office of Beijing 2008 Olympic Sports Venues Construction Coordination Committee. Mr. Qiu Yue
Member of CPC, university diploma, senior engineer, member of Leading Party Group and deputy director of Beijing Municipal Commission of Urban Planning (Office of Capital Planning & Construction Commission). He takes charge of the examination and approval administration of the land used for construction projects, the special work for green belt areas, the science & technology information and external exchange, the administration of urban planning exhibition, building standardization and city sculpture construction. He is in charge of Construction Land Use Administration Division, Science & Technology Information Division, Beijing Urban Planning Exhibition Center , Building Design Standardization Office of Beijing Municipality, and City Sculpture Construction Office of Beijing Municipality.
Mr.Tan Xuxiang
Probationary party member of CPC, bachelor's degree, senior engineer, deputy director of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Urban Planning (Office of Capital Planning & Construction Commission).Mr. Tan Xuxiang is in charge of organizing the formulation, adjustments and reporting of the Master planning and special project planning. He is also in charge of the Master Planning division.
Mr.Zhou Nansen
Member of the CPC, bachelor's degree, senior engineer, committee of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Urban Planning (Office of Capital Planning and Construction Commission).Mr.Zhou Nansen is fully responsible for organizing or participating in the formulation and research on city infrastructure special projects, examination and approval of municipal and transportation planning construction projects. He is partly responsible for the Infrastructure Planning Division and the Municipal & Transportation Project Administration Division.
Mr.Shi Weiliang
Member of the CPC, bachelor's degree, senior engineer, member of the Leading Party Group and chief planner of Beijing Municipal Commission of Urban Planning (Office of Capital Planning & Construction Commission), and the president of Beijing Municipal Institute of City Planning & Design. He is responsible for organizing the formulation of city planning. He is in charge of Beijing Municipal Institute of City Planning & Design.
Ms.Zhang Liming
Member of the CPC, bachelor's degree, member of Leading Party Group and Discipline Inspection Group Leader of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Urban Planning (Office of Capital Planning and Construction Commission).Ms.Zhang Liming is in charge of the Party and mass organizations ， the discipline inspection and supervision, and the administration of retired staff. She assists the director with the personnel management. She is in charge of the Party Committee of BMCUP organs (Political Work Office), the Supervision Division, the Senior Cadre Division, the Senior Cadre Activity Station, and the Beijing City Planning Administration Cadre Training Center.
Mr.Cao Yuejin
Member of the CPC, on-job postgraduate experience, engineer, committee of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Urban Planning (Office of Capital Planning and Construction Commission). Mr. Cao Yuejin is fully responsible for organizing the macro-research on urban and rural planning and construction, building the legal system for planning administration, comprehensive affairs about planning administration, financial and audit affairs of the BMCUP organization and its subsidiary units, the logistic services, the administration on geo-technical, mapping, design and city construction archives. He is partly responsible for the Research Department, the Legal System Division, the comprehensive business division, the finance division, the Logistics Service Center, the Beijing Geo-technical Institute, the Beijing Municipal Institute of Mapping & Design, the Geo-technical Administration Division of Beijing Municipality, the Beijing city construction archives and the Beijing City Construction Technical Exchange Center.
