PREQUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS

INTRODUCTION
As decided by Chaoyang District Government, the Wenyu River Ecological Area Construction Management Committee, as the Employer, is responsible for managing the planning of the Wenyu River Region and the development of the Wenyu Ecological Area. Chaoyang District Government now organizes the Soliciting Planning and Design Schemes of Wenyu River Region and Wenyu River Ecological Area and invites worldwide excellent planning and design companies, firms or joint ventures highly experienced in urban planning, landscape planning, and environmental engineering to prequalify for planning and design of the Wenyu River Region and the Wenyu River Ecological Area. This prequalification is intended to select about 10 independent participants or joint ventures to submit proposals for the planning and design.
